How to make a reservation ?
Kindly fill in the reservation form available on each hotel or services.
Try to describe us your special request on the "description" box available on the form.
Please try to recheck your email address before submitting your request.
How long does it take to get the reply ?
We will reply all your request / reservations as soon as possible.
How to pay the hotel reservation ?
We will need your credit card details after the reservation is confimed
Your credit card will be used as a guarantee and will be charged if there is any cancellation within certain period of cancellation policy.
The payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali except for reservation beyond Bali.
We do accept cash / travellers cheque / Visa / Master Card. Payment with credit card will be applied 3% from total amount for bank fee.
What does it include on the special internet rates ?
The internet rates are including 21% tax and service charges.
Breakfast is included in some hotels (please read carefully).
Arrival transfer or departure transfer will be provided for room reservation 05 nights and over.
How to cancel the reservation ?
