THE ROOM PAYMENT
Payment will be collected upon arrival in Bali, except for reservation beyond Bali we be deducted to your credit card. We do accept cash/TC/Visa/Master. Payment by credit card will be converted into local currency (Indonesia Rupiah) by using book keeping ratio of the hotel on that date and will be applied 3,5% from total amount for bank fee. Our company takes no responsibility for subsequent exchange rates applied by credit card vendor after your departure, when statement is converted into local currency.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation made within 14 days during normal season, 30 days on high season and 45 days on peak season prior to the arrival date. The fee will be charged to your credit card. Early check out will be charged one night room value during low season and will be charged full night reserved during high and peak season. No refundable for any unusing service.
